CBD stands for cannabidiol. CBG stands for cannabigerol. CBG is a type of CBD. Both are non-intoxicating and are found in cannabis plants.

How are CBD and CBG Made?

As the cannabis plant matures, CBG-A (acidic form of CBG) breaks down into CBG, CBD, TCH and CBC.

How do CBD and CBG interact?

CBD interacts mostly with the endocannabinoid system indirectly. CBG is known to interact with brain's CB1 and CB2 cannibinoid system directly.

When purchasing CBD or CBG, please keep in mind that you want it to be as pure and as natural as possible. Therefore, if it tastes delicious, it may not be the best quality product. This is one of the reasons I love Nuvita. Nuvita has high quality full spectrum CBD. Also, when purchasing from Nuvita, you will be contributing to their mission to give back. Every month, Nuvita hand selects a different charity organization to donate a percentage of their sales too. These organizations are geared toward supporting women and children who are survivors of human trafficking abuse. (Code MYLIFE10 will help you save)
